Our company is an architectural and technical-commercial consultancy specialising in office and administrative buildings with extensive experience in building construction. Our main focus is on advising and assisting clients with existing building projects, including conversions, alterations, extensions and renovations. We also offer technical due diligence (TDD) services to analyse the structural substance of properties and uncover potential risks. We also support our clients in project management to ensure that construction projects run smoothly.
In Germany as well as in Romania, we have established as experts for the revitalisation of schools and educational facilities. Due to our expertise, we can make an important contribution to contemporary modernisation and redesign in this area. The consulting, design and project management of projects in the education sector now represent an important area of competence for our company at the European level.
